Dumpling Dumpling began experimenting with Vegan dumpling flavours during their time at Westquay’s new dining and leisure extension in Southampton and now love the challenge of creating delicious dumplings with non-meat alternatives and fresh seasonal vegetables.

The Hoisin Not-Duck (marinated textured soya protein in a homemade hoisin sauce with tenderstem broccoli and spring onions) has become a HUGE hit amongst vegans and non-vegans, so much so that it’s going to be the one dumpling that is consistent at all events this Summer.

The Veganasian (stir-fried red cabbage and sauerkraut with edamame beans in a miso sauce and sriracha) was also an extremely popular dumpling.
